In some situations biogas and natural gas have to be treated before being used. Most of the time the gas should be purified from H2S. In some cases the gas has to be dried as well. Especially biogas is very wet, and should be dried before it can be used in gas engines.
For those situations we can treat the biogas in a condenser/dryer of DMT.

Process description
The gas enters the condenser at the bottom, passes the packing material (for high exchanging area) and demister (for removing droplets from the air) and leaves the condensor. The water is sprayed at the top of the packing material and goes in counter current with the air. The water is circulated for an optimized use of water. The condensation process will be optimized by cooling the circulation flow with a heat exchanger and a cooling system.
