Joure- Recently DMT Environmental Technology received an order for the delivery of a biogas upgrading system with  a capacity of 40 – 80 Nm³/h biogas including a quick filling station at  Zalaegerszeg Waste Water Treatment  Plant (WWTP).  This will be the first unique demonstration project  in Hungary for making vehicle fuel out of biogas.   
                                                                          
Making vehicle fuel to drive 10 cars per day, 5 days a week! Unique we will call this for Hungary. Nowadays the WWTP uses the biogas coming from the digesters for CHP. In the new situation the system can be switched over to the DMT MiniCarbo₂Rex^®biogas upgrading system for making the vehicle fuel out of the biogas. DMT and the local partners Ökoprotec Kft.  and UTB Envirotec Kft., shall install the compact biogas unit consisting of 2 x 20-feet containers and an extra buffer of 2000 liter bottle tanks. The complete unit will be operational at the end of July 2010 at Zalaegerszeg WWTP.
