Third DMT Sulfurex® biogas desulphurization plant commissioned in China (4-1-2011)

Following the commissioning of a DMT Sulfurex^® installation at a waste water treatment plant in Beijing (1,320 m³/h) in January 2009, DMT has recently commissioned its second and third DMT Sulfurex^® biogas desulphurisation plants for the greenfield Xi´an 5^th waste water treatment plant. A biogas flow of 750-850 m³/h is being treated whereby the H₂S level is reduced from 10,000 ppm to less than 1,000 ppm. The clean biogas is is stored in a gasholder before use in a gas boiler, a biogas driving blower and a gas burner
